Representative Millett moved and asked unanimous consent that the

      "An Act relating to sport fishing services, sport fishing operators,                                                      
              and sport fishing guides; and providing for an effective date."

      SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 41(FIN)                                                                               
      "An Act relating to sport fishing services, salt water sport fishing
